What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as accepted by 2CHECKOUT. These include, VISA, MASTERCARD, American Express, Discover Network, Diners Club International & JCB Cards.

Is my payment information secure?

Yes, once you checkout all your payment information is captured and processed by 2CHECKOUT. It is not captured nor kept on the Zimbogini.com website. 2CHECKOUT boasts one of the most advanced and most secure online payment gateways in the world. You can shop knowing you are safe.

 

I live in the Diaspora / Abroad. Can I order for my family in Zimbabwe?

We accept orders from all over the world. Whether you are in the UK, USA, Australia, South Africa or any other country, we can deliver to your family or contacts iacross the breadth and length of Zimbabwe with ease. We have partnered with Zimpost to make this possible.

 

What happens when I place an order online?

If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipping address, and the total amount.

 

Do you deliver outside Harare?

Yes, we now make deliveries all across Zimbabwe. Orders will be delivered door to door in all the major towns and cities. However, if your order is for delivery in the rural or peri urban areas, collection will have to be made by the recipient from their nearest post office. Please ensure that you supply us with the recipient's contact details so that we can contact them should the need arise.

 

When will you deliver my order?

If you order on a week-day and your order is for delivery in Harare and Chitungwiza, we will make the delivery within 24 hours. Also, all orders for delivery in Harare and Chitungwiza, placed after 12 noon on a Friday and during the weekend will be delivered on Monday.

However, if your order is for delivery outside Harare and Chitungwiza, then as soon as we have received your order, we will send you an email informing you when delivery will be made. This is because date of delivery will depend on how often Zimpost makes deliveries to that particular area per week. Some areas are serviced daily, Monday to Friday, others are serviced twice or thrice in a week. If you would like to get an idea of when delivery is likely to be made before you place your order, please feel free to contact us.

 

What are the delivery charges?

For deliveries in Harare and Chitungwiza, we charge a flat rate of $10.00. For all other areas, we charge $25 for all orders that have a total weight of 30kg and below. If your order is over 30kg in weight, the excess weight will be charged at $0.50 per kg. 

 

How quickly should I expect a response to my order?

You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twelve hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox. Also include our email addresses in your whitelist or approved lists to prevent emails from us going to your SPAM or junk folder. The addresses to whitelist/approve are:
