What payment methods do you accept?

I live in the Diaspora / Abroad. Can I order for my family in Zimbabwe?
We accept orders from all over the world. Whether you are in the UK, USA, Australia, South Africa or any other country, we can deliver to your family or contacts in Harare, Zimbabwe with ease.
What happens when I place an order online?
If you provided a valid e-mail address during the purchase process, you will receive an e-mail message shortly after you make a purchase confirming your online order, shipping address, and the total amount.
Do you deliver outside Harare?
We plan to start deliveries to Bulawayo and other major towns in the new year. At the moment, we deliver in Harare. Your friends and relatives who are outside Harare can arrange to collect in Harare.
When will you deliver my order?
If you order on a week-day, we will deliver your order within 24 hours. All orders placed after 12 noon on a Friday and during the weekend will be delivered on Monday.
How quickly should I expect a response to my order?
You will receive an email confirmation of your order. Most email receipts are received within fifteen minutes. If you do not immediately receive your receipt, please allow up to twelve hours for it to be delivered before contacting us. If you have not received your receipt, please also check your SPAM folder, as it may have been automatically stopped and moved into your SPAM or Junk Mail folder instead of being sent to your inbox.
