Our Refund Policy
Should Zimbogini not deliver the correct ordered product, we will endeavour to deliver the correct one to you within 24 hours or we will give you 100% refund.
In the event that we deliver the wrong item to you, you can make requests for an exchange or refund of your purchase for up to 3 days from the purchase date.
Returned or exchanged products must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging.
No refunds shall be offered, where the packaging or items have been damaged or altered.
No refunds of returns will be given if items ordered were correctly delivered.
